Managing Director of Economic Development Services 

Doug has more than 20 years of experience in economic development, incentives negotiation, site selection and finance experience. He represents corporate, governmental, and nonprofit clients through the complexities of the economic development process including site selection strategy, incentives negotiation, program approvals and contract implementation. He advises growing companies looking to expand or relocate throughout the United States, real estate developers planning new projects, and municipalities seeking to attract or retain businesses in their communities.  

Prior to joining BT Strategies, Doug had established an Economic Incentives & Financing Practice for a National Advisory Firm, founded BT ProjectPoint, LLC, a Site Selection firm and served as Vice President in the Capital Markets Group for Fifth Third Securities, Inc. Doug received his B.S. from the University of Cincinnati in Finance / Real Estate.
