Bob Grand is president of BT Strategies and brings more than four decades of strategic advisory and government relations experience to clients in both the private and public sectors. He previously served as managing partner of Barnes & Thornburg from 2014-2022, where he led the firm’s strategic development, resulting in seven years of consecutive growth, the addition of eight new offices, and increased gross revenue of nearly 40 percent. Bob maintains a legal practice at Barnes & Thornburg in addition to being president of BT Strategies. An active listener and conscientious problem-solver, Bob leads by example and is appreciated for his ability to identify big picture opportunities for organizations of all sizes.
